To use and view these files: click on the above link, select “save target as” then select the location on your computer of C:/LUCIS/DATA.
After the file is saved, then open the file with a zip utility such as
JustZipIt http://download.cnet.com/JustZIPit/3000-2250_4-10222609.html
This will then create a folder with the files inside.
Copy those files directly into C:/LUCIS/DATA and you will have them in the correct location.
